An Addendum on Yesterday’s Crazy

As of this writing, the #BoycottTarget petition has gathered 975,444 signatures.

Quite the statement.

Really want to make your voice heard? Make sure to start shopping at their competitors. Start with “Mom and Pop” businesses. Support your local shops. If you need to go big,: Hobby Lobby. WalMart. Aldi. Academy Sports. Cabela’s. Toy’s “R” Us. Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Dick’s Sporting Goods. Publix. Trader Joe’s. All businesses that have a reputation for being “family friendly”.

We cannot count on the “powers that be” to advocate for our safety. We need to do it ourselves. Put pressure on places like Target* by shopping elsewhere. Don’t enroll in universities before checking their policies thoroughly. Do your research. It’s election season. You have to be ready to back yourself up practically every time you post an unfavorable opinion (read: not something the MSM or the liberal left would agree with) on Facebook.

Gandhi-great-quote

*Target started jumping the shark a few years ago, after there was a massive leftist outcry following a donation by the company to a politician who did not support gay marriage. They’ve been “atoning” for this mistake ever since, with massively public displays of affection for the LBGTABCQMXYZ crowd, eliminating gender-specific sections in their children’s clothing and toy departments, and demanding that guns not be carried on their premises, despite a very legal right to do so by those holding concealed carry permits. (Massachusetts has an open carry law, though most people don’t take advantage of it because of the Chicken Little effect it would cause; would they prefer that right be exercised?) Anyway, Target is not the only company pushing this dangerous gender-neutral nonsense. Starbucks and Barnes and Noble have also joined up to shoot themselves in the foot. As of midnight on Friday morning (when I’m updating this, because my stupid radiatiors sound like they’re possessed) the #BoycottTarget petition has reached 1,002,916 signatures.

This Post Brought To You By an Unbelievable Level of Stupid, Courtesy of the Liberal Left

Otherwise entitled: Society has lost its collective mind and I just can’t right now.

  1. Seattle, WA: A man undresses in a women’s restroom, citing a new rule in the city that allows people to choose a bathroom based on gender “identity”
  2. Prince William County, VA: A man dressed as a woman was arrested after police say he was caught peeping/filming into restroom stalls three times in the past year.
  3. Palmdale, CA: A 33 y/o Palmdale man who allegedly dressed as a woman while secretly videotaping females using a department store bathroom was charged with six counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for the purposes of sexual gratification.
  4. Ontario, Canada: A biological man claiming to be transgender so as to gain access to women at two Toronto shelters was jailed “indefinitely” after being declared by a judge a “dangerous offender”. The man assaulted and raped multiple women, including a Deaf woman.
  5. Toronto, Canada: The University of Toronto recently changed its transgender restroom policy after multiple peeping incidents.
  6. Smyrna, TN: William David was arrested in Wisconsin but was extradited to TN to face felony charges relating to filming women inside Smyrna restrooms, including aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
  7. Orange, CA: A 24 y/o man was arrested after a hidden cell phone was recording video inside a unisex, single-stall restroom at Chapman University.
  8. Pitman, NJ: A teacher, school bus driver, and high school student were among 16 people facing child pornography charges in New Jersey. Thomas Guzzi Jr., 36, of Pitman, is also charged with 3rd degree invasion of privacy for allegedly hiding a tablet computer in a bathroom stall to record video of others using the toilet.
  9. Logan County, OK: 43 y/o James Curt Rose sits behind bars for videotaping a 13y/o in the showers at a YMCA
  10. Iowa City, IA: University of Iowa police arrest a man connected with the videotaping of a women who was showering in a residence hall.
  11. Quarryville, PA: 19y/o James Thomas Shoemaker was arrested and faces child porn charges for hiding in a woman’s restroom and taking pictures of young girls on his cell phone.
  12. Montgomery County, PA: A man was arrested at a Target Store after a female patron caught him attempting to spy on her while she was in the dressing room.
  13. Athens, GA: A man was seen on security cameras in a local Target sneaking into a women’s restroom and using his cell phone to take pictures of the ladies in there. He was detained by store security until police arrived.
  14. Brentwood, MO: 26y/o Matthew Foestrel is accused of holding a camera under a Target dressing room door while a female patron was trying on bathing suits. He was convicted of “knowingly and intentionally” filming an 11 y/o girl in a dressing room while partially nude. Foestrel was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
  15. Petersburg, FL: To demonstrate the absurdity of the Target policy, a man, dressed as a man, acting as a man, records a conversation between himself and the store manager in which the man asks if it’s okay that he uses the women’s room because he “feels uncomfortable” in the men’s room. The manager assures him that it is, and he will deal with any complaints from women already using the facilities. The man leaves, as he was only proving a point.
    no_trouble

There are more, of course, but I’m sick of looking at double screens to get the details. I think you begin to get the gist: the idea of allowing one to use whichever restroom or fitting room, or any other place people of a single sex usually gather while in a state of dishabille, they “feel” best suits their “identity” at the moment, is a truly terrible idea.

Now, allow me to clarify one thing. I am not talking about the roughly 700,000 people (out of 323,439,000) in the nation that are transgender. (Although it is biologically and scientifically impossible to turn a man into a woman, or vice versa, that is a post for a different day.) No, I’m taking about the 808,675 (and growing) registered sex offenders in this country and her territories. Now, that’s about 0.25% of the population. Transgenders make up even less than that, even less than the usually reported 0.30%- it’s more like 0.22%. Ergo:

Sex offender population > transgender population

So I’m sorry, but my safety and security as a woman, and the safety and security of other women and girls trumps your “comfort”. Sure, there are plenty of perverts and deviants who would assault women before policies like this, but now we’ve just opened Pandora’s Box and made it extremely easy for them to do so, because now no one will initially question their presence in what should be a ladies-only area. But think about it. I stop at one of these quietly gender-neutral friendly stores after work (because it sure won’t be a vocal one like Target. #BoycottTarget) to pick up a few things. I was in a rush to get out of the building and have to use the restroom. Like most store restrooms, this one is tucked in an out-of-the-way place, away from most of the other patrons. I’m carrying my purse and I’m wearing high heels- not conducive to running. Inside the ladies’ room in a man, dressed as woman, and he’s not there to pee and leave. I’m 5’1 and barely over 100lbs. What are the odds that your average male is not going to have a super difficult time overpowering me?

Ladies, before you get all gung-ho about equal-rights rah-rah-rah, think about how often you already have your guard up, walking alone on the street, in a bar, etc. How often are you made to feel uncomfortable by something uncouth a man does, or says. How frequently do we already go to the restroom in “packs”? It’s not because we need someone to help us wipe our butts. It’s protection for ourselves and each other. Why on God’s green earth would you support something to further endanger yourself?

Do not be deceived by appearances…

Recently, and by recently I mean today, there have been a lot of memes and notes on Facebook about the Planned Parenthood sky falling. By this, of course, liberals are in a tizzy because those mean old terrible Republicans are threatening (finally with gumption) to cut off government (read: public, read: my money and yours) funding to those child-killers.

In any normal, civilized world, this would be a good thing. Unfortunately, America has been turned on her head.

Instead, said liberals and worse, liberal feminists are screaming about losing the one* source of women’s healthcare and unrestricted access to abortion yadda yadda yadda. In reply, kindly let me point out a few things that the MSM and the pitiful excuses that pass for “newspapers” print.

myth and fact

  1. the 3% Myth
    1. This myth consists of the belief that abortion is only 3% of PP’s services. It’s actually a strategic little marketing/bookkeeping ploy on the part of the finance office. Abortions being the most expensive procedure offered, the last thing that PP wants to do is cut off their Golden Egg. Instead, former PP workers have reported being told to counsel women toward abortion in almost every case. Dead babies = $, and we need to stay near that $300 million profit margin! So to even things out and make themselves look better, a single visit for a year’s worth of contraceptives might be listed as 12 separate visits, while the number of visits needed for an abortion will be lumped into one.
  2. Health Services
    1. Here is an experiment you can try at any time, and it will only take you about five minutes. Call up your local PP clinic and ask to schedule a mammography. Go on, I’ll wait. What? Couldn’t do it? You’re right. There are 700 PP-affiliated centers in the USA. Not one of them has its own mammography machine. Comparatively, the 9000 community health centers located throughout the country boast slightly more than 424k. At most, a woman might receive a manual exam at PP and a pap smear (the latter? Nearly 2 million to PP’s 378k.)

Planned Parenthood. Providing all sorts of healthcare for women. As long as abortion, contraception, and willful nondisclosure of sex trafficking and child abuse are your ideas of healthcare.

America does not “need” Planned Parenthood. American girls do not need a woman like Margaret Sanger, eugenicist, to look up to an admire. Women do not need a place where they are valued only by what is between their legs.

“Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race.”

“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Komen We Look to Someone Else for a Cure?

Tomorrow is October 1, and tomorrow all the little pink ribbons come out. We will see them everywhere from purses to NFL helmets. They are the primary symbol of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation, the biggest breast cancer awareness/research campaign in the US. Or, as their mission states, “to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering others, ensuring quality care for all and investing in science to find the cures”.

A very laudable goal.

Breast cancer is bad. Cancer in general really sucks, whether that be breast, brain, or bone. Pick a body part. If its cells can go haywire, repairing and curing them is going to be a torturous process and the faster mankind finds a way to do that, the better. By now, I don’t think there’s a one of us who has not been touched by cancer in some way, shape, or form. Therefore, I cannot bring myself to disagree with Komen’s mission statement.

I can and do disagree with its methods, and as such, cannot and will not support anything Komen does. I will not purchase products with a pink ribbon, I will not donate to groups collecting for Komen, and I will not participate in any relays, 5ks, walks, or really anything having to do with the color pink for the next 31 days.

Two years ago, it came out that Komen was one of Planned Parenthood’s biggest donators. There was some initial outrage, and Komen withdrew their pledge of support from the abortion giant but soon caved to political and social media pressure  and reinstated the funds.

I cannot be the only person to find it ironic that a group that has dedicated itself to the elimination of breast cancer supports an organization whose primary offering actually causes breast cancer. That a group that is out to supposedly protect women from the ravages of a most horrid disease gives money to an organization that procures a procedure to kill nearly 333,400 children in the womb. In doing so, Planned Parenthood puts mothers at risk not only for breast cancer, but damage to the uterus and cervix (causing, in some cases, sterility), infection and sepsis, damage to other organs, and death. There is emotional trauma to consider as well – regret, anger, depression, guilt, shame, insomnia, relationship issues, nightmares, eating disorders, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts or feelings.

Susan G. Komen, by funding Planned Parenthood, what is it, exactly, you are trying to accomplish?

Not only is this the biggest abortion provider in the nation, but this is a group that supports sex-selection abortion. Which sex you might ask? Females. Girls are being aborted at a far higher rate than boys are.

Planned Parenthood is in our children’s schools. In the name of “safer sex”, Planned Parenthood receives $500 million in taxpayer dollars (read: what comes out of your paycheck every week) to teach kids about:

  • BDSM, anal sex, toys, porn sites, and role-play practices (Indianapolis, IN)
  • asphyxiation, bondage, whips, gags, sex shops (it is against local law for a minor to enter a sex shop; the girl in the video is 15), porn, “safe words” (Littleton, CO; receiving extra money through Obamacare for teen sex ed)
  • fetishes, “educational” porn, porn sites, kink (Willamette, OR)
  • whips, nipple clamps, ropes, “anything sexual is normal as long as it’s consensual”, role-play, 50 Shades of Grey, birth control, (St. Paul, MN)

These are just examples from four locations; clinicians speaking to a fifteen-year-old female patient posing as someone whose boyfriend had suggested “trying something new” in the bedroom. Negating the fact that fifteen is a little young to be having sex, how many of you would like a stranger “educating” your son or daughter, niece or nephew, brother or sister, grandchild, or cousin on erotic asphyxiation, bondage, whips, gags, safe words, and pornography without your knowledge or approval?

Planned Parenthood doesn’t need or want your approval, and when their “prevention” methods inevitably fail, they’ll be the ones accepting your money for her abortion.

So I will not be supporting Komen. I will not sport a pink ribbon this month, nor any other month until Komen re-directs those funds toward a charity or research that helps women instead of harming them. The American Life League suggests instead the Mary Kay Foundation (research for cancers that affect women: breast, cervical, ovarian, uterine) and does not award grants for research using embryonic stem cells or aborted baby’s tissue.

Komen wants to save women. Why support the foundation that murders them?

I keep dreaming of a future, a future with a long and healthy life, not lived in the shadow of cancer but in the light.      -Patrick Swayze

This is what “politically correct” thinking gives us.

If I came on here and told you that more than 1400 children, generally between the ages of 11 and 15, mostly female, had been kidnapped or tricked into sex rings and prostitution, how would you react? Would you shrug your shoulders and pass it off as another third-world tragedy?

What if I added that authorities knew the locations of the perpetrators and case histories of roughly one-third of those children, yet didn’t interfere? Would you be horrified? Disgusted at the blatant police and political corruption?

On August 26, the Wall Street Journal ran a headline stating “U.K. Report Details Widespread Child Sex Abuse in Rotherham, England” and below the headline, “Independent Review Criticizes Public Authorities for Collective Failure in Tackling Abuse”.

England? Wait, I thought this was some third-world country we were talking about. Not jolly old England, with the Queen and King Arthur and Big Ben and polo matches. Nope, according to the map, Rotherham is definitely in England. Located in South Yorkshire (If you drew a line going West-East across the country at Liverpool, Rotherham would be pretty smack in the middle of that line.) it boasted a population of approximately 257,800 according to 2011 census data (Wikipedia). That same 2011 census showed how Rotherham’s ethnic and religious populations broke down:

According to the Rotherham Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, Ethnicity and Cultural Identity:

  • “Rotherham’s population is not homogenous and people with different cultural identities may have different needs or require different approaches to service provision.”
  • “The cultural composition of Rotherham has been changing at a fast pace with new communities emerging.”
  • The Equality Act of 2010 places a duty on public services to avoid discrimination on the basis of race and religion.” (emphasis mine)

From the same:

  • Rotherham had 91.9% of the population identify as “White British” on their census form. The remaining 8.1%i dentified as “Black and Minority Ethic (BME) “
  • Of the BME community, the largest of these identified as Pakistani or Kashmiri, making up 3.1% of the local population. The next largest BME group claimed Slovak or Czech Roma heritage.
  • Religiously, 66.5% of the city described themselves as Christian. Muslims made up 3.7% of the local citizenry while 22.5% said they had no religion. Only 0.7% chose “other”.
  • Though it is situated in the middle of England, only 72.8% of people classified themselves as “English only”.

Why is this important? Since 1997, a group of Pakistanis has been going after young, troubled white girls (“easy meat”, to use their term). The girls, described by the perpetrators as “out of control” and thus easy to target, were trafficked, beaten, and raped by large numbers of men.

An independent investigative report also discovered that “victims were doused in petrol and threatened with being set alight, terrorised [sic] with guns, made to witness brutally-violent [sic] rapes, and told they would be next if they spoke out;”. The torturous treatment went on for so long that one victim “described gang rape as ‘a way of life'”.  For some, it was so usual that it was considered a part of growing up.

The 1,400 victims is considered to be a low estimate.

Where were the police? In a gun-free England, where the police are usually armed only with a billy club, the girls who were known to be part of this ring were “treated with contempt” by local law enforcement. In at least two instances, fathers, discovering where their daughters were being kept, were arrested themselves instead of being given the opportunity (let alone the assistance) to save their daughters from being terrorized, when the pedophiles called the police on the parents.

Why? For the love of all that is holy, WHY? If the police and other government groups knew that this was going on, why did no one step in to save these girls? “Professor Alexis Jay, who wrote the report, condemned the ‘blatant’ collective failures by the council’s leadership, concluding: ‘It is hard to describe the appalling nature of the abuse that child victims suffered.

Children suffered because “Terrified of accusations of racism, desperate not to undermine the official creed of cultural diversity, they took no action against obvious abuse.”

Read that again. I’ll emphasize a few things to help:

“Terrified against accusations of racism, desperate not to undermine the official creed of cultural diversity, they took no action against obvious abuse.”

So we have Muslim men of Pakistani descent, kidnapping over a thousand white woman over the course of nearly fifteen years (the report further detailed that schools had alerted authorities to signs of abuse, to no avail), and no one in mostly God-fearing, lily-white England lifts a finger because they are afraid of offending their new Muslim neighbors and being targeted as racist?

It went so far that reporters described the men as “Asian”, rather than associate them with Islam or Arabic culture.

If we are going to be very, very technical about things, yes, Pakistan is part of the Asian continent. Yet to describe them as “Asian” brings to mind the physical characteristics of the Koreans, the Vietnamese, the Chinese, the Japanese, the Philipinos, etc. Pakistan is in the same neighborhood geographically as Iran, Afghanistan, and the Indian subcontinent. It lies across the Arabian Sea from Saudi Arabia, the U.A.E., Yemen, and Oman. They are of Arabic culture, not Asian.

Winston Churchill must be rolling in his grave. This is what England has done to itself. It has given up its freedom for a socialistic experiment and produced a nation of such mice that Julius Caesar would have just looked over at the island and gone, “Meh,” before returning to the Gallic wars.

It is pointless to highlight the fact that Muslim men get this idea that women are second-class citizens and that white women in particular “deserve to be punished”. We have seen examples of this in Islamic culture time and time again.

Instead, look again at the case. A group of  men spend seven years terrorizing and sexually abusing 1400 or more underage girls. Then look at the details. The men were all of Arabic descent, and practiced a religion that we already know treats women very poorly and engages freely in pedophilia. Combine that with an open hatred for the West and the only other question remaining is how far does this ring really extend? If it is limited to Rotherham, I will eat my hat.

England, instead, I will direct this to you:

Three-quarters of a century ago you withstood conditions few countries could have possibly withstood. In the midst of a Blitz, you held back the bloodiest army modern times had seen and you did it without apology. The enemy you face now is far more dangerous and far more deadly. Worse, you have invited him in. Now, he lurks everywhere, and while you entertain him in your parlor, his comrades are raping your daughters and stealing away your sons. How long will you let this go on?

To America:

What makes you think you’re so immune?

For more information, online news publications including the U.K. Daily Mail, the Telegraph (UK), and the Wall Street Journal have been providing coverage of the events. Many of the shorter quotes used in this post were taken from various  articles from those three publications. A Google search of “Rotherham, England sex trafficking” will bring up more than enough reading material for anyone interested in further information.

The Real War on Women: Female Genital Mutilation

Caution: the topic discussed in this post is extremely disturbing. Some of the images below should be viewed by those ages 17+ and are not reccomended for children.

Yet it is children who are subjected to this barbarity.

I mentioned this briefly in a previous post, but I think it’s too important a topic to just brush to the side.

When it comes to men, it’s just accepted, one way or the other. After all:

“9 And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations. 10 This is my covenant which ye shall keep between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man-child among you shall be circumcised. 11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of thy foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.”

Not being male, nor having sons, this has never been an issue for me, even as a conversational topic. Some guys were circumcised as infants, some weren’t. Period, end of discussion that never happened*.

Then, when I was in high school, I read an article in Reader’s Digest about a woman named Waris Dirie, a model. I sat on the couch in my grandmother’s living room, absolutely riveted. The pictures that attended the article were beautiful. The content** made me want to vomit.

post-20476-1307374602

In 29 countries throughout the Middle East in Africa, there live 125 million girls and women who have survived the practice of female circumcision, also called female genital mutilation (FGM). Many others have died from shock, infection, and blood loss. According to the World Health Organization, the procedure has zero health benefits, and is usually carried out on girls between the ages of infancy and fifteen years. FGM can lead to problems including urinary difficulties, infections, cysts, and high newborn mortality. It is recognized internationally as a human rights violation. Practiced in areas far from centers of modern medicine, these are the types of intruments used to carry out the procedure:
FGM-instruments

FGM varies from the clitoridectomy (Type I, removal of the clitoris), to the excision (Type II, removal of the clitoris and labia minora, with or without removal of the labia majora). Waris’ story contains a vivid description of the most “complete” type of FGM – infibulation. Infibulation (Type III) is the means through which the clitoris, labia minora, and labia majora are removed or rearranged in order to create a seal that narrows the vaginal opening. The opening left is tiny, allowing urine and menstrual blood to be expelled a drop or so at a time.

3 types of FGM

Think about that for a moment, ladies. Think about the last time you’d downed that coffee on the way to work, and how badly you really had to go by the time you go there. Think about the sigh of relief when you sat down and let the floodwaters go.

Now imagine that you could only go one drop -literally- at a time. Imagine the pain.  Imagine the pain you suffer every time you get your period, when each drop of blood, each clot of tissue, must squeeze through that tiny opening. You may never find pleasure in sex – you would have to have surgery before you could have intercourse! Even if you managed to immigrate to a more enlightened country and escape that culture, you still have to go through surgery to reverse the damage. Chances are your clitoris was removed.

Why? Why was this done to you? It in no way helps your body. Nothing was accomplished. Nothing was broken and needed to be fixed. You only drew an unlucky ticket that placed you into a culture that sees women as dangerous creatures whose sexuality is dirty and must be controlled. Your virginity is key, and so sewing your vagina shut is the only way to keep your libido at bay. You are told that you are “clean” and “beautiful” after undergoing this barbaric practice, and what woman doesn’t want to be called beautiful? And so it continues, generation after generation.

Ladies, get your heads on straight. Your employer not paying for your birth control does not constitute a “war on women”. Stop listening to those morons like Nancy Pelosi and Wendy Davis and open your eyes to what a true atrocity really looks like.

*If any male wishes to comment on the subject, please do.
